Etoro emailed that if I wanted to migrate from Etoro (EU) to Etoro (UK):
6. Any 'BUY' x1 unleveraged positions opened on Cryptocurrencies after 3rd September 2017 are the actual asset, not a CFD. As such on these Cryptocurrency positions you will not benefit from the protections of compensation funds such as the FSCS or Financial Ombudsman Service for dispute resolution.

Thats why I didn`t transer to Etor UK as I would loose protection of Crypto Assets and of Financial Ombudsman
